The legal basis for the processing of personal data is the necessity of processing in order to enable the user to use the functions of the website and to contact the controller, in connection with the conclusion of an agreement for the use of the website through acceptance of its rules (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR).
  2. The user’s data will also be processed on the basis of the controller’s legitimate interests, consisting in ensuring the security of the website and compiling statistics and analyses for the purpose of optimising it (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).

  3. Google LLC and Meta Platforms, Inc. participate in the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, which has been recognised by the European Commission as ensuring an adequate level of protection of personal data (European Commission decision of 10 July 2023).
  4. Where data are transferred to third countries that are not covered by a European Commission adequacy decision, the Controller applies appropriate safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses (in accordance with Article 46 of the GDPR).
  5. The user may obtain a copy of the safeguards relating to transfers of data outside the EEA by sending a request to the Controller’s e-mail address.

6. Processing for Analytics Purposes

  1. The website uses Google Analytics, which collects information about users’ visits, including, among other things, the amount of time spent on the website, pages visited and the source of the visit.
