Paulina is a facilitator in the body-oriented psychotherapy approach Core Energetics (4th year of training). After the death of her daughter Zuzieńka, she founded the project Kolor Żałoby, which has gathered nearly 25,000 people on social media seeking support in grief. For years, she has been leading her own workshops for people in grief—especially mothers after the loss of a child—combining lived grief experience with an approach rooted in nervous system regulation and safe expression through the body.
She also supports women after difficult life experiences in reconnecting with their sensuality as a key to living with courage, truth, and pleasure.
